About On Site Service Central Florida’s Founder
I was born and raised in Southeast Idaho. After high school, I enrolled at Idaho State University Vo-tech in the Diesel Mechanic program. I received my associates degree in may of 1981.
Over the next 25 years I worked for a few Equipment dealers, both in the shop and as a field service tech. I started my own successful business In Pocatello Idaho in 2006 as a mobile equipment mechanic. I took a vacation to Hawaii in the winter of 2008 and decided that I wanted to work and live in the tropical climate. Hawthorne Cat offered me a position as a field service mechanic at their branch in Lihue, Kauai. I accepted and landed there in April 2008.
After a 2 year position with Cat, due to the economy, I was hired by Jas W. Glover in Lihue as a mobile mechanic in the rock quarry and mixer truck divisions.
In 2016 I started On Site Service Kauai. It was a pleasure to meet and work with so many different contractors and individuals. My business blossomed. In 2019 I decided to take the business to the “Big Island” of Hawaii. I had a real good customer base established there as well.
In the fall of 2021, I made the decision to return to the mainland, and Florida was my choice location. After 14 years in Hawaii, it was tough to leave, however the opportunity’s here were enticing. The warm climate really grew on me.
In March 2022 I became a licensed mobile mechanic in Brevard county, and On Site Service Central Florida.
I have always strived to provide repairs for my customers in a timely and affordable manner. I truly enjoy working in this industry!
In my spare time in enjoy traveling, stock car racing at several of the short tracks here in Florida, growing many different varieties of tropical fruit trees and garden herbs and of course spending an afternoon at the beach.
